Openings along the full length of the building's façades enable natural cross ventilation, keeping the space cool and creating a strong connection between the interiors and gardens planted around the site. Pockets of space around the principal building offer moments of shade that frame post-service interactions. The whole scheme is tied together by its neutral colour palette and a delicate balustrade detail that recurs throughout the site.
